Ring Sizing

All of my rings are handmade to order using the UK ring sizing chart. If you already have a precious metal ring, sometimes the size may be written on the inside.

For the most accurate results any local jeweller will be able to measure your ring size for you. Otherwise a ring sizer can be purchased online.

If your ring doesn't fit, then I offer a re-sizing fee of £15 to cover the labour cost. Unfortunately this does not apply to rings that include precious stones or personalised rings.

Jewellery Care

All of my jewellery is handmade from recycled sterling silver.

Overtime silver can naturally oxidise which is a reaction to the air, chemicals and the natural chemistry with your body. When this happens the sterling silver has tarnished which creates a dark layer on the surface. But don't worry, this will not effect your skin.

When this happens, use the polishing cloth included in your parcel to give your jewels a good clean and bring back it's original shine. If a more thorough clean is needed, use a small amount of washing up liquid with warm water and a soft toothbrush to give your jewellery a deeper clean. However.....If your crefftarian piece includes a stone I do not recommend you use this method of cleaning as stones are precious and this could damage the surface of the stone.

In order to prevent your jewellery from tarnishing quickly, make sure to store it in a dry, cool and dark place when you're not wearing them. Avoid leaving your jewellery in a wet bathroom and in direct sunlight.
